Room for Rent - South Vity

I am renting out the second bedroom in a 2bd, 1bth house in the heart of South San Francisco. Great location for Bart, Freeways (280, 380, 101), lots of great restaurants and grocery stories. Pacifica, San Francisco and SFO are short drives away! I am a fun, down-to-earth extravert who works in the field of education. My hobbies include board games, great food (love to cook!), Hiking, gardening, and enjoying a glass of wine/margaritas every now and then! I have a pet bunny named Stuart who is very friendly, litter trained and will hop around the house when I am home. I like a mostly clean and organized house, but hey, life happens! I am looking for someone who is easy going, enjoys life, and is not allergic to the bunny. The bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished. If you are a couple looking to move in, we can discuss splitting expenses should we want to move forward!
