There are hardwood floors throughout the home, and the common areas (living, dining and kitchen) are fully furnished - move right in! The room can come with 2 twin beds if requested. All utilities - water, electricity, gas, trash and Comcast high-speed internet are included in rent.

Ideally, you are a responsible single renter (though couples can be considered) to share this non smoking & drug free home with the other tenants. Working professionals and quiet students are ideal for the space. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the home.
