Seeking one clean, considerate, and responsible housemate to share cheerful 4- bedroom 2.5-bath home in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. Ideal for international post-doc student, faculty, or other professional. Must be comfortable with dogs. Available July 2020, $1900.

Offering two side-by-side fully furnished rooms (use one room as a bedroom, the other an office, media room, yoga room, etc) and private bath in the North wing of my home. Will rent to one person only. Rent includes access to charming living, dining rooms, and kitchen. All kitchen supplies are provided.

The rooms for rent are in one wing of the house so you have as much privacy as you want. Includes cable TV, Wi-Fi, use of washer/dryer, access to gorgeous backyard, driveway parking, and housekeeping. Split PG&E. Month to month. Move in cost is first and last month's rent plus a $300 security deposit.

Mature professional woman who lives with a 2 well-behaved Golden Retrievers. I am friendly and social but not a big party person. Light drinker, non-smoker, no drugs, no guns. I am tidy and clean and would get along best with someone who shares those qualities. I am looking for mutual respect, common sense, a sense of humor, and responsibility in a housemate.

About you
You must be financially stable. Proof of employment status/ability to pay is required. You must be comfortable living with dogs, although they rarely go into your part of the house. You should enjoy a well maintained and tidy environment and a friendly but not suffocating relationship with your housemate.
