Looking for a perfect fit. Female only

Hi there potential roomies. We are looking for a ?part time?roomie to share our household. (Single occupant and female only) Will explain below.

Looking for someone who?s gone a lot (last roomies worked very late, were gone some week days & weekends every week and traveled a lot. One roomie even lived out of town.)

Looking for someone who does little or no cooking.

Someone who keeps to themselves and doesn?t mind having little interaction with other roomies.

Everyone works different hours I work for an airline, am a teacher and finishing up my undergrad so I really like a quiet home as my hours fluctuate.

You will have one person to share your bathroom with. Please be tidy and help keep common areas clean. The monthly rent includes all utilities, cable and internet.

There are only 2 other people besides yourself living in the home. Quiet and peace are of utmost importance. The above criteria is very important and if you don?t fit the bill of a ?part time? roomie than please be honest and not apply. The home is two story, front and backyard. Street parking and we have a small dog. Sorry we are not accepting any pets.

The room isn?t furnished but I do have a bed if you want or need. Again this is a single occupancy and for a female only.
