*Completely separate entrance.

*Shared access to a beautiful deck! Views of the bay bridge and the bay! Located on a quiet cul de sac.

*No Pets of any kind

**Rent is $2,100 which includes ALL utilities(water, garbage, electric and gas )
Deposit is $1000.

**Ample free street parking.

**No smoking cigarettes inside but on the deck and out side is ok.

**Open to 1 Couple-occupancy (preferred).Due to limited space, no more the 2 person occupancy.

**Although the INLAW is separate, the house is a shared family home with my husband and myself. We are open to any couple who is respectful and grounded.
