I?m also respectful of other?s needs. I have a very successful relationship with my previous roommate. He is absolutely great! We lived together for over 4 years, but he is moving in with his girlfriend.

I?m looking for a clean, honest, drama-free person ( guy or girl).
Someone who pays the rent on time and is considerate of others.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood, has security 24/7, and is in a convenient location. The complex is located in-between two gas stations and in front of freeway 280 north and south. The complex also provides a shuttle to the bart station and has a pool with jacuzzi. Parking is not included, but we have visitor parking in the complex.
