Two bedrooms are available for occupancy:

?Master Bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, queen bed + parking spot (2 occupants) = $1850. plus Security deposit of $1,000. Single Occupant Price is $1650 with $900 Security Deposit. (AVAILABLE APRIL 15)
?2nd Bedroom, shared bathroom in the hallway. Full size bed, 1 person = $1,250. or couple $1650., plus Security deposit (single) of $700., (double) $900. (NOT AVAILABLE)
?3rd Bedroom, shared bathroom in the hallway. Twin bed, 1 person = $1,200. plus Security deposit of $650. (AVAILABLE)

Terms:
?Short term rentals for a minimum of 6 months.
?All utilities included: PG&E, water; garbage (certain cap on electricity).
?Wi-Fi, internet, basic cable included
?1 Parking space available for Master?s bedroom occupant
?Street parking
?No smoking
?No pets allowed
?Payments are due on the first day of the month
