Shared Master Bedroom

Hello! I am planning to move out of my spot in a shared master bedroom in a 3 room and 2 bathroom house looking for someone to move in sometime in February, and you would have that month of rent paid for already!

Need someone to come and take over my lease which ends in 6 months (July 2019). It is a shared master bedroom in Daly City right next to San Bruno Mountain Park it?s $840 a month and $1,000 deposit that you would get back when lease ends in July, and has its own private bathroom that you would share with the other girl who is in the room. Beautiful view of city from the room and clean house that is friendly! Roomate has dog so must be dog friendly!

It includes parking spot in driveway or in garage, free washer/dryer, full access to kitchen, living room, garage! 8 min. drive from SF State, 20 minute walk from colma station. All other girls that live in the house go to SF state as well. Preferably female student from 18-23 to take over!
