My housemate and I are looking for a 3rd person to our luxury two-story townhouse. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms ($950 BILLS INCLUDED). It is fully equipped with everything. It is gated so you feel extra safe. Washer & dryer, dishwater, stove, oven, and refrigerator are all in unit. The place is equipped with Heating & AC. Each room has their own so you can adjust to any temperature. With a ton of street parking right in front of our place.

It is a single room so you can?t have a roommate. (Each of us will have our own room)
