1room/1bath available

Hi!!,
There is a room and bathroom now available in the fairly new Radius apartment building in Redwood City.
Unfortunately, I had to move unexpected and I?m looking for someone to fill my space.
The room I had is a good size and had a really good walk in closet. The room has windows that let in a lot of light and you would have your own balcony that has an amazing view.
You would also have your own very spacious bathroom.
The room unit also has a washer/dryer in the unit. The building also has a gorgeous swimming pool area and gym.
It is located a couple of walking distance blocks away from downtown Redwood City and the train station.
Your roommate Johnny is a really nice and easy person to live with.
