Private bedroom bath in large (1091ft2) apartment

We are a young professional couple currently renting a 2 bed, 2 bath at the 55 West 5th Apartments

My husband is transferring to Denver in March, and we are looking for someone to take over our lease ending in July (with ability to renew at end of lease term).

We have one female roommate (with 2 cats) whom we have lived with for 1 1/2 years, and we absolutely LOVE this location!

The apartment is spacious (1,091 ft2), newly renovated, has a washer/dryer in the unit, and features access to two pools, a hot tub, a gym, and free street parking (also the option for garage parking for an additional fee).

Our complex is right across the street from beautiful downtown San Mateo, featuring delicious restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment.

As a couple we pay $1950 in rent (plus utilities). As a single renter you would split the rent 50/50 with our roommate and pay $1725 (plus utilities).

Our roommate is open to additional pets (both cats and dogs OK). Apartment will be partially furnished, room will be unfurnished.
