Amazing room in Downtown San Mateo!!

Hello!

We are two working professional ladies who reside at the classy Pink Palace in Downtown San Mateo - we are currently looking for one nice, fun, respectful roommate to join our squad!

The digs:
Pink Palace is an awesome duplex style 2-story home located in Downtown San Mateo. A short distance to downtown to explore the great restaurants, coffee shops, Cal Train, 101 freeway, etc. Decent size kitchen, living and dining rooms, AC/Heater, street parking, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.

The room:
Approx. 12' x 13' room with a great mirror closet with plenty of shelving - you know, for all those outfit selfies! You would be sharing a bathroom with roommate V.

The roommates:
A - is a boss lady at an event-marketing agency and produces large-scale programs. Enjoys indoor cycling, hiking, cooking, and traveling, amongst other things. Avid watcher of the Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise so you could say I'm really busy on Mondays - bring on the wine and roses!

V - is a bossy lady at SFO who manages operations and ensures your flights take off...on time! Enjoys going to the gym, Giants games, country music, and overall just a rad person!

You:
We are interested in finding someone who is easy going, respectful, fun, clean, non-smoking, drug free, and fully employed. This person must be able to commit to at least one-year lease.

Rent & utilities (internet/P&G/housekeeping) run approx....$1,300 + security deposit & fee to process application. Move in date of September 15th (possibly sooner) - prorated month would apply.
