We are currently looking for a roommate to fill a room in a spacious 4 bedroom house in Redwood City. It's a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 2 rooms downstairs with their own bathroom and 2 rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. The room that is available is upstairs.
About us:
- We are all working professionals in our early 30s/late 20s.
- There is currently one couple and two males that live in the home
- We love sports and are very active
- We enjoy BBQing and having friends over once in a while
- Respectful of shared spaces and others' property
About the bedroom:
- Upstairs (same floor as the kitchen and main living area)
- Dual sink bathroom (share w/one other person)
- 2 large windows with a great view of the Redwood Hills
- Hardwood floor
- Rent: $1,155.00 + $1,000.00 Deposit
- We split monthly bills (not included in rent): PG&E, Garbage, Water, Internet, monthly cleaning service
