Room for Rent

Hello this post is for my mother. She has a spare room in the apartment. She has her own bedroom/bathroom. She has a small dog that keeps to himself and is quiet. The bedroom is spacious has 2 closets and semi private bathroom. What I mean by that is that guests use the toilet, however there are hardly any guest. Looking for someone clean and respectful.
