I will try to negotiate for a lower rent with the tenant. The full townhouse rent is $3400. I occupy the small bedroom. Like yourself, I am very clean organize responsible and respectful. I?m allergic to cats and dogs and the owner of the townhouse does not allow cats or dogs. I apologize for this. Though I prefer a female roommate, I'm open to gay male roommate as well.
