Private room for rent

Hi there! I am a mid-twenties young professional seeking a female roommate to take over an open room available by November 1st. Rent is $1350 and includes all utilities. Parking is limited to street parking but there are usually open spots within the same block. We will share the kitchen, living room space, and one shared bathroom. Washer and dryer are not included but there is a coin laundry down the street. I have one small dog that is fully house trained.

The room is 10' X 11', includes a closet, and is located at the front of the house facing the street

*NOTE* This property is a duplex and our landlord lives right behind our house. He and his family are very friendly and keep to themselves for the most part.

Move cost: First and last months rent + deposit of $1000 = $3700

About me: I am a 24 y/o female working in tech. I am clean and quiet and in my free time I enjoy going out to the city to hang with friends, hiking with my dog, or lounging around reading.

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, dependable, and easy going. We don't have to be best friends, I just don't want to deal with passive aggressiveness!
