We have lived in this house for 6 years and love it! Great neighbors, community and location here in Linda Mar, Pacifica. I am a teacher in SF and a native to the area.

Rent is $1350/month for:
700 sqft which includes 1 private rooms/bathroom/living room;
shared: kitchen, laundry, yard and garage.
Shared utilities not included.
No pets please.
One year lease, must pay for and pass credit check

If you love the outdoors, ocean, sun, close proximity to SF and Peninsula this is the place for you. Linda Mar is a retreat from the crazy hustle and bustle of the Bay Area.
My boys are old enough that they understand and respect we live with other people. Honestly, we keep to ourselves and are not home a lot.
