Mid-Sized Room Available in Pacifica

My roommate of 2 years is moving out soon and am looking to rent the room. The place is actually a duplex so we share a wall with a family of 2-3 (depending on when their kids are home from college). 2 bedrooms (I am in the bigger room), a shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen.

Street parking is plentiful and there are no street sweeping days or need for parking passes! The Colma and Daly City Bart stations are no more than a 10 minute drive; as far as public transit goes, the bus that can take you to the Colma Station is right across the street from the apartment.

My current roommate has a full sized bed, coffee table, and a long dresser with a 55" TV on top, so the room is a good size. There is a bit of wiggle room on the rent and utilities if you're looking to rent long term.
