Nice house on the north side of Pacifica, 15min walk to ocean, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, gym, etc. The house is 3 bed room with 2 full baths and one half bath, full dining room, kitchen, and living room with fireplace. New washer and dryer in the house as well. There is a private backyard patio area, front yard, and off street parking.

There are two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom for rent. My current roommate is moving at the end of June, he rented two of the bedrooms in the house. I am a commuter and am only at the house on weekends after work to sleep, during the week I am out of town. Another commuter would be great to find to share the house with. I am easy going mid 30s working full time and going to school.
