Nice Room near main freeways

This is a medium room that has a closet, desk, and dresser. A queen-size bed can fit in. If you don't have a bed we can put one in.
No laundry but there are a lot of laundry facilities in the area. lots of parking available.
Rent includes all utilities and cleaning.
The bathroom is shared with a 29 yr old man.
limited space in the kitchen but you can use it. No dishes needed. We can share a microwave, toaster, etc.
This is a clean house. I have a small dog so you MUST love dogs. She is part of the family.
We are very closed to public transportation and have the best weather. :
No drama! YOU MUST BE CLEAN!
