House is near downtown Redwood City, close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and restaurants. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and keyed lock entry. Monthly rent includes utilities, WiFi, and a driveway parking spot. No smoking, excessive alcohol drinking, or pets allowed, rent includes kitchen privileges as well as use of washer/dryer. New housemates must clean own bedrooms and dishes if using kitchen to cook. The house is not wheelchair accessible for disabled people. The owner of the house is a 53 year old male licensed general contractor and stays in back bedroom with his own bathroom in it, there is a 30 year old male renting another master bedroom suite with his own bathroom in it. Both bedrooms for rent have furniture in them, but can be unfurnished depending on new housemates. New housemates must have good credit history, job and previous rental references.
