Clean single room for rent in a two bedroom apartment near downtown redwood city. I have lived here for 6 years and its an excellent location. Safe neighborhood. two blocks from sequoia station, cal train train station, nightlife, shopping, movies, whole foods, safeway etc. The apartment is in a triplex which is ideal so no one above or sharing and walls with the room. Has a front and back patio with a free washer and dryer on site. I'm male early 30s, single, professional, work full time, super laid back, never throw parties, rarely have people over, keep to myself and am always out and about. There is a car port which we will be switching off month to month. I've included a photo of myself because it makes it more personal. A few things you should know though; I do play the electric guitar but it would never be early morning or late at night. I also smoke every once and awhile on the weekends but its outside, just a heads up if the smell carries on to the inside so if these are a deal breaker then I'm sorry. The rent is $1,100 which is a steal considering two bedrooms go for $3,500+. We'd be splitting Comast (internet) and PGE which is about $55 for your share. Has a free washer and dryer onsite.
