I'm a 26 year old professional, currently working remotely. I'm into video games and sometimes TV shows. I consider myself to be pretty easygoing, and I'm mainly looking for a new housemate who is chill and responsible.
Both of my previous housemates moved out recently. I've found 1 new person who is interested, but I'm looking for another so that we can split the rent 3-ways. The landlord is pretty light-handed, only stopping by for maintenance and willing to adjust tenancy out of cycle.
Room is 11.5ft x 11.5ft on the ground floor, with a closet and ceiling fan, and has an adjacent private bathroom.
House is the largest unit (1400 sqft) of 3 in a townhouse building. It features hardwood floors, laundry, central A/C, gas stove, dishwasher, large fridge, and an instant water heater. Gated, street, and driveway parking are available. Building is only 5 years old, so it has high ceilings, plenty of outlets, and fast internet.
Location is a quiet suburban neighborhood in the south part of Redwood City. Downtown, Caltrain, and highways 101 and 280 are easy to access by car. Great for commuting to Palo Alto or anywhere else on the peninsula.
Total monthly rent for the unit is $4500, split equally between us to $1500 each. Deposit is also $1500. We split utilities (Electricity/Gas, Water/Sewer/Trash, and Internet) similarly.
