Unfortunately, I have to leave this lovely apartment and awesome roommate to live with my father who is having health problems and needs my help. The second half of May (17th and after will be FREE) It will be a 7 month lease with any small pro-rated amounts if necessary with a $600 deposit. Amenities include Balcony with views of mountains, in unit washer and dryer, spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom with bathtub and/storage, heated pool, hot tub, barbecue areas, gym, cushioned patio furniture, fire pit, lawn, several seating areas, large trees plants, courtyards and seating areas, wheel chair accessible, and elevator on site security and office staff.

Current roommate is a female professional at Stanford School of Medicine and owns a small emotional support dog.

Income requirement of new tenant: $70,000 per year to pass apartment screening of property management
Deposit: $600
