Hello potential roommate! I'm looking to split a 2bd 2ba apartment with another woman in the beautiful Riva Terra complex in Redwood Shores. I have an upstairs apartment with high ceilings on hold for a start date of 8/24.
I am easygoing and enjoy keeping my home clean with fresh air and no fragrances. I go to bed early and am respectful of noise. I spend a lot of time up at my cabin in Tahoe so I won't be around all the time. I'm a single mom with an awesome 9 year old daughter who I have half time. I'm very motivated to make it work so we can both enjoy reasonable rent.
