*This share house and have 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom
*Private room is unfurnished but common area is fully furnished! The stove, refrigerator, and microwave are already there! TV and couch are also in the living room!
*Internet is also included in the rent
*Cleaning service is coming in every month to clean the common area!
*You will split utility bills with roommates every month. Bungalow company will split the bill for you so won't fight with your roommates about this issue.
*Washing machine and dryer are in the garage.
*Security deposit is
*Rent and security deposit are not negotiable. Those are set by the company.
*Garage is usually closed and used as storage and roommates are using the driveway and street to park their cars.
