Hi! I'm Sarah, a young professional in her twenties looking for 2-3 housemates (preferably females; open to a couple, 2 females sharing master room, or single tenant) to live with me in a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse in San Carlos. More photos if genuinely interested in moving in.

Private bedroom: $1,400
Large master bedroom: $1,800 ($900 per person if shared)

A little bit about me: I enjoy exploring SF on weekends, hiking, working out, trying new restaurants/bars, and hanging out. I'm easy to get along with, I'm clean, chill, like to have fun, and would like some housemates who are similarly clean, chill, pay rent on time, and are respectful.

The lease is month to month, and utilities are included in rent. Street parking only.

Perks of location: Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance; safe and cute neighborhood. Located only 30 mins from San Francisco and a 5- minute walk to the San Carlos Caltrain.
