We have a beautiful apartment in excellent neighborhood with panoramic bay views
Conveniently located on the peninsula between San Francisco and San Jose 5 minutes from downtown San Carlos. House is close proximity to highland park and highland tennis courts. Easy access to highway 101, 280, 92, San Mateo and Dumbarton bridges, CalTrain, San Jose and SF airports. Stanford is 25 minutes away. Facebook, LinkedIn, Oracle, Google, Box, electronic Arts are in close proximity. • Walking distance to hiking and biking trails, Edgewood Park, Emerald Hills Golf Course, and Crystal Spring Regional Trail. 10-12 mins to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, CVS, and Stanford/Hillsdale malls, Multiple Gyms in the area. We are looking for specifically female housemate who is clean, considerate, quiet, and is reliable. Roommate with a professional job is preferred. No couples please. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house, no hard parties, no pets. Must clean up common space after use and be mindful of noise.

About ourselves :

You'll be living with two great friendly female friends, we both are at our mid -20s professionals easygoing, communicative hygiene and conscientious. We are into board games, language exchange, history, hiking, cooking great tv series and movies and the occasional tennis matches at the highlands tennis courts.

Rent is $1350 + shared utilities for PGE and Wi-Fi
no more then $70 person
Security deposit is $750

Move in cost is Security deposit + 1st month rent , ie. $2100

We would prefer someone who could stay at least for 6 months.
