City Views! Private space and spacious space

I am looking to share my 2-bedroom 1170 Sq. ft 14th floor in downtown San Mateo. I am looking for a roommate to occupy a private bedroom that is 11X12 Ft spacious enough for a full/queen bed with a closet. It has blinds with patio doors to the large balcony that runs along the length of the apartment. There is a bathroom right outside that is private to your use except when there are guests over. I occupy the second larger bedroom with attached bathroom. The living room has common use TV, furniture and a large dining table, with an open concept kitchen with a fridge.
The ideal roommate will be a professional with a steady income, responsible, clean, approachable. About me: I am working professional, and usually at work on weekdays. On weekends, I like to host friends over often and ride my motorcycle for fun.
The rent is all inclusive $2000/Month including Wifi, Utilities and common area use. Parking is available for 75/month in basement of the secured building.
