Room Available in 2 Bed 2 Bath near Downtown San M

Hi there! I have a bedroom available in my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment/duplex with a November 1st move-in date. I'm looking for a roommate to share this space with me.

The Place:
There are two units on this property; it's somewhere between a house and an apartment. The common area is very spacious and well-lit with a very nice and laid back vibe. Two balconies provide tons of natural light and ample outdoor space. There is laundry in-unit and plenty of street parking, as well as a spot in the driveway. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all completely furnished. I also have some extra furniture for the bedroom if you would like. There are two bathrooms, so you would have your own bath as well.

Location:
The street is relatively quiet, but it is close to downtown San Mateo with all sorts of food and entertainment options available. It's a very short walk to two Caltrain stations (San Mateo and Hayward Park), and about a 15 minute drive to SFO.

About me:
I'm a 25 year old male engineer working at a biotech company in the area. I work weekdays roughly 9-7 so I am out of the house a lot of the time. I spend most nights working out, making food, and chilling. On weekends I like to hang out, hike, cycle, explore, drink, go out, do new things, etc.

Logistics:
My current roommate is moving out mid-October, so the room would be available for rent starting the month of November. You can begin moving stuff in before that though. The room is $1500/month.
