Hello there, we are Kris and Daniel and we are managing this lovely home that is just minutes from downtown San Mateo!
The rent is $1200 per month which includes utilities. 1 month minimum stay is required, for a few reasons, and we could arrange a long-term stay as well. First-month's plus $1200 deposit is required upon signing, for a total of $2400.
The rooms cannot be shared, and we do not allow pets to keep the peace in the home.
There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which 3 rooms are occupied by a mix of students and a professional.
