One unfurnished room available in a 750 square foot, second floor, 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Rooms are equal size with large closets. Kitchen is a good size with dishwasher. There is a partial ocean view from the living room. Pictures are of current resident. I will be moving in on May 2nd. The room will come unfurnished.

The building has three units. There is a shared garage with dedicated storage area for the unit. One parking space in garage and one in the drive way. Shared Laundry is also in the garage.

The unit is in sharpe park Pacifica steps away from the pier. It is close to restaurants, the beach, hiking trails, and other activities.

About Me:

I am a 25 year old female looking for someone to take the other bedroom. My job has me traveling a lot so I am frequently out of the apartment. I occasionally will watch my friend’s dog so should be ok with them. I am quiet, clean, and have never missed a rent payment.
