Seeking temporary roommate move in Dec.1

Hello,
My family and I are searching for a temporary roommate, preferably a professional or busy student. Our house is is very cozy, therefore we prefer to stay busy throughout the day. There is only one restroom so coordinating our schedules will be necessary. We have a 12 year old Chihuahua, so you must be pet friendly.
The space is a small bedroom with a closet, full-sized bed and tall dresser included. Public transportation (BART, Caltrain, bus stop) is five minutes driving distance. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car and the freeway entrance is also 5 minutes away. Washer and dryer in unit. Gas/electric, water, garbage, and high-speed internet are all included. Smoking outside ok.
