Single furnished room for rent in a 3-bedroom 2.5 bathroom house located in quiet and safe Westborough Neighborhood. Close to 101 and 280 freeway. Buses to BART.

Room includes desk, bed, closet. In-unit laundry. Kitchen available for use. Lots of street parking. Utilities and Wifi are shared with owner, approximately $100 a month.

Two rooms are available to choose, one suitable for couples, the other for single. Both rooms will be sharing one bathroom. Currently, there’re only plans to rent out one of the rooms.

Owners are retired Malaysian Chinese couple living in the house, speak Cantonese, English and a bit of Mandarin, looking for working professionals with stable income or students who are clean, environment conscious, and quiet. No smoking and weed. No pets allowed.
