This is a room and bath rental only - no common area or kitchen use included.

Seeking a quiet, kind, conscious, and respectful person who is busy and has their own schedule. Preference would be given but not limited to a person who is an out of the area commuter/student/traveling nurse or looking for a short term rental. No parties, extended overnight guests, drugs, or heavy drinking. I am a 60 ish non-profit executive who?s quiet, considerate and loves theater, art, painting, cooking, hiking, travel, and personal growth activities,

Suite Location:
Located in the upper Pacifica/Fairmont area on a quiet street with plenty of parking and access to public transportation and highways and ocean views. 10 miles south of San Francisco. 5 minutes from the 280 and 101 freeways and a 15 - minute commute to SFO Airport AT ANY TIME. Bus stop at the end of the street and a BART stop within a 5-minute drive from the house.

Less than a mile down the road are Lucky's and Safeway markets, RiteAid, Walgreens, Starbucks, 24- Hour Fitness, and other small shops and restaurants. Five minutes away from Serramonte Shopping Center with Target and other stores including a wonderful Farmer?s market on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. You?re 15 minutes down the coast to Half Moon Bay with lots of great shops, restaurants, and a beautiful harbor.
