The room is on second floor of a two story house, Room has north facing windows, overlooking nice back yard. Room has built in closet and full carpet. We will furnish the room with the followings and conditions:
1. A brand new full size bed with mattress and foundation. You provide your own blanket, pillow and sheets.
2. A desk, a chair and a night stand.
3. Large bookshelf.
4. A large size microwave oven in your room and share a guest refrigerator.
5. Share hallway bathroom. There is a restroom downstairs with toilet and wash basin (no shower) also for share.
6. On site washer and dryer available. Laundry limited to once a week.
7. Light cooking only.
8. Single occupancy only. No overnight guest. No smoking, partying, or use of any drugs.
9. Must be able to tolerate a small friendly dog.
10. Must be fully employed or student. Please bring your student ID and/or proof of employment.
11. We reserve the right to ask for your credit report at your own expense.
12. Wi-Fi available. No cable TV. All utilities included.
13. Safe street parking in a court.
14. Rent is $800 per month plus $500 deposit.
