The room is the biggest one in the house with a beautiful bay window. It was a family room converted into a room. It shares a full bathroom with two other rooms. The property is located in San Jose, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The driveway can fit four cars. Housemates are clean and respectable. 2 works regular 9-5 jobs, 1 works swing shift, and the other works odd hours.
