We have 5 rooms available! Renting separately or as a full house.

The entire house (5bed/3bath) is fully furnished. The property has been very well kept and we intend to keep it that way! The old tenants moved out and we are looking for someone professional with a stable income, easy to get along with other roommates.

Bedroom 1,2 & 3 ($900):
Located on the second floor, carpeted, includes a desk, chair, lamps, double bed, mattress, bedding (feel free to use your own if you like). Full mirrored closets. You can use bathroom 1 or 2.

Bedroom 4 ($975): located downstairs, hardwood, includes a desk, chair, lamps, double bed, mattress, bedding. (Feel free to use your own if you like). Full mirrored closets plus extra shelving space at the top. You can use bathroom 1 or 2.

Bedroom 5 (Master) ($1250): Located on the second floor, carpeted, furnished with a queen bed, mattress, all bedding, dresser, shelf, desk, chair, and lamps. The room has 2 full wall to wall closets with a mirror which will give you ample storage space. You will have your own full en-suite bathroom #3 with a standup shower.

More about the house:
The house is a 5bed/3bath. It is fully furnished and has a shared living space for everyone in the house. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stainless steel fridge, cooking range and microwave. There is a beautiful backyard with fruit & avocado trees that is perfect for BBQs and gatherings. Laundry is in the garage.

Location:
The house is in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood and very close to the VTA and 2 shopping plazas (Target, Ross, Marshalls, restaurants etc). It is very close to Capitol Ave, Berryessa Road, and Hwy 680 which will make your commute easier.

Money:
In addition to rent, utilities are split amongst all tenants equally: Electricity, gas, internet, water, garbage/recycling, and bi-weekly cleaning. We have used cleaners bi-weekly and the cost is split amongst all tenants. We cover the cost of yard work around the house.

Lease term:
6 months minimum. Preferably looking for someone longer.

About you:
Single occupancy only, employed or have a guarantor, non-smoker, no drugs, no pets.
