At Cottle Rd/85, South San Jose, walkable distance to VTA station. Two males one female all professionally employed. Looking for neat, tidy, professional, responsible, and respectful tenant for a 2000 sqft~ house with a total of 4 people. Shared bathroom. We are employed with google, apple, and local government Furnished or unfurnished available. Bed in photo comes with a bed frame we will put it together should you choose to use it. Closet is extra long at 8.5-9 feet. There is a house cat. No long term overnight guests. No drugs. Access to all common areas to include garage, back yard, and interior. Garage has a gym, backyard has patio furniture and storage shed. 1st floor has smart home controlled robot vacuum and many switches in home is hooked to smart home. House is equipped with security cameras and possibly will be equipped with smart alarms soon. We are pretty relaxed as long as you keep your mess to yourself and are respectful. We are fine with small gatherings if you clear it with us first. We generally maintain busy work schedules and hang out mainly with each other. Background check and interview required.
