We have a pet friendly 4br/2ba house with a small 10x10 room for rent ($1075 a month). It’s located in South San Jose with a Costco and 24-hour fitness nearby. We are also potentially renting out a $1400 w/ private bathroom but prefer to rent the first room instead.
Utilities include:
Fast streaming internet (Wi-Fi)(no cost)
PG&E (about $100-$150 each month)
Water (about $50-60 each month)
Cleaners ($75 each month)
There’s a school across the street that is used as a dog park. Plenty of space with a fenced in yard, squat rack, on-site washer/dryer, roomba, and kitchen. We are a group of close friends in our 30s, all professionals, and keep a pretty clean/peaceful house overall. Prefer someone for a year but we are flexible. The bathroom would be shared with two others. Looking for someone to move in July.
