Huge room for rent w/ walk in closet

Huge room for rent with a very big closet and shared bathroom available upstairs and downstair. In a convenient location close enough to the light rail, grocery store, and a lot of places to go and eat. The neighborhood is nice and quite. We are looking for a renter that is clean, responsible, and friendly. There is Comcast Gigabit internet and Washer/Dryer. Utilities are included into the rent price listed. We have a rabbit in the house/backyard and so if you're allergic this isn't for you.

The shared areas available to renters are the kitchen, Great Room, TV room, and backyard. Rules are light cooking, no guest over, and cleaning after yourself. Quiet time after 10pm. No Shoes allowed in house. More details on renter agreement.
