You will have your own room (shared hallway bathroom). You will have full kitchen privileges, and share the laundry (washer, dryer included), living room, dining room, 1st-floor bathroom, and garage. No floor lamps needed, all rooms are equipped with light fixtures.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The living room was newly painted.
Our community has a swimming pool, ping-pong tables, pool tables, and a clubhouse. The light rail station is within walking distance; Westfield Oakridge Mall, Costco, and Walmart are within 2 miles.
Owner pays for HOA, water, sewer, and garbage. Tenants share the gas and electric (PG&E), internet, and cable TV (if applicable) ? usually $50/mo. in total.
