A current tenant is in the military so he pays rent directly, and everybody else pays him their portions of rent. He also happens to have an electric car, so he has dibs on the garage. This home is in a cal de sac though, so within and around the block has plentiful room. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, neighbors are very friendly but they keep to themselves mostly. There are 3 bathrooms in this home, so duos share for storage purposes, and the one that would be mainly yours is right next the bedroom. Everybody here works full time (away) though, so it’s fairly quiet within. The cats may be shy at first but they’re super friendly as well.
