It is a 4 bedroom home near San Jose City College, Pruneyard, Santana Row, Ebay, Google, Facebook/Meta, Tesla, Splunk, Santa Clara University, San Jose State, very convenient location, tons of parking, local shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. Super fast fiber internet for those working from home. We have a brand new Google Nest mesh network, so great coverage across the property.
Rent is $1200 for the first 2 months then $1400 per month after that.
Move in requires first month's rent $1200 and last month's rent $1400, read and sign our rental agreement. Pretty straightforward.
