2 room w shared bath 1000 each

We currently live with another couple and they occupy the second room, third room is currently empty. The couple is moving out and we are looking for someone to rent the second and third bedroom. The bedrooms will have a shared bathroom and access to the rest of the house. You would have your own room with a closet and shared bathroom with someone else (we are also looking for another roommate)

We are looking for 2 someones to move in as early as this week or late as first week of August. Able to hold their lease for a minimum of 9-12 months. Rent is 1000 and we will split utilities 4 ways (4 people living in the house). Utilities are xfinity (we have the best/fastest wifi available with basic cable), water, PGE, Pest control, cleaning service. Since I put down a hefty deposit almost 4,500, I am asking for 1000 deposit.

No pets no couples no kids pls
