Hi! Why do I feel like I’m filling out a dating site profile here!?

I have a really big, furnished room available. I am a really sucky photographer, but it’s a big room with a desk, big closet, dresser, and a kick but top end tempurpedic mattress.

When I rent a room I understand that this is your home as well as mine. I don’t have a lot of rules, and I encourage discussion about anything that concerns you. I have a shared, gourmet kitchen with pretty much every gadget you could ever want.

There’s a small heated pool in the backyard - not big enough for laps, but great to cool off on a hot day. You will get a driveway parking spot. There’s a washer and dryer you can use if you wish. 1/3 of the water bill will be your responsibility. The rest of the utilities are included.

My teen child lives here 50% of the time. I have two cats and they are assholes, like so many of their kind, but I love them. If cats are a problem, my house is for you.

I am not Martha Stewart. Included is a cleaning service twice a month. I live here and work from home. It’s always clean, but sometimes untidy.
