Roommate needed for 2bed/1bath

I am looking for a roommate to share my 2bed/1bath apartment located in Campbell. I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 3 years. It's a quiet community with both families and working professionals. The apartment is furnished minus the bedroom.

Rent:
Approximately $1,200/month not including utilities. (PG&E and internet). PG&E fluctuates slightly during these 'unprecedented' Covid-19 times.

Cats and dogs are fine ($50 pet rent + $500 deposit)

Early 30s, working professional and part-time grad student, so my hours are mostly occupied. Clean, responsible about Covid-19 precautions, respectful.
