My roommate and I are looking to renew our lease with another roommate (preferably a girl) ASAP.
It’s a 3bed/1ba apartment on the second floor. There is no in unit washer and dryer but there is a laundromat conveniently located right in front of the building. The living room is furnished and the kitchen has all the necessities from pots, pans, and silverware.
Rent will be 821 a month between 3 people. Utilities come to be about $50.
The previous roommates have also left behind basic furniture such as a bed frame, dressers, shelves, etc if you require anything like that.
The apartment is located off of Bascom ave, between San Jose and Campbell. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood and about 5 mins away from the Pruneyard and not far from Valley Fair, SJCC, Good Samaritan Hospital.
