Single Room w/ Private Bath in a 2b/2b Apartment

Hi! My name is Nicole and I am looking for a like-minded female to live in a 2bedroom/2bath apartment that I currently occupy. There are many perks to living here including location, gated grounds, in-unit washer/dryer, pool, work out facility, club house, and designated parking. I am a full-time mental health clinician. During the week I enjoy cooking dinner and taking my small dog on a walk (he stays in his playpen while I’m at work). I spend my weekends either unwinding at the apartment or visiting family and friends. I occasionally have a friend over but never any parties. I like to keep the common living area clean and tidy so no messy people please lol. I typically keep to myself, however would love to have a roommate who would want to share an occasional dinner or bottle of wine with at the end of a long week!
