Room for Rent

We have a private room that’s available October 1st for rent (preferably ) Ladies, going for $1200 with a $500 deposit it even comes furnished with a nice Queen size Bed, dresser, two nightstands, a 45”TV, and Sides table with two seats, we have a washer and dryer on site that free to use. All this includes water, electric, also Free WiFi. We’re trying to help someone out either Collages students/Nurses/professors/Single parents/travelers etc, hopefully it can be you! I do expect smokers but you would have to go outside if you smoke, Dogs are welcome with a $400 deposit. Look for long term are 12-36months.
